If a test person (participant) knowingly falsified information given on the registration form or in any other way gives or has given incorrect information, WMM retains the right to exclude this participant from further referral and/or market research events. WMM explicitly reserves the right to claim consequential damages.
The mission of WMM is to refer test persons (participants) to commissioning marketing and opinion research institutes. WMM, however, does neither commit to refer persons, nor can it guarantee to do so! WMM merely makes the contact between both parties and is responsible for neither the market research itself nor for further data acquisition.
We respect your privacy regarding all personal data that you transmit to us while on our website. We save only such personal data as you supply to us. Thus we are saving all data transmitted to us that is important in our online registration for best possible referral to market research events and facilitates us the referral process.
